Lighten Up
Lampshade Rescue
Do you love home decor projects and
have a passion for colour and light? Students will bring a
working lamp from home or from a second hand store. Using an
array of organic, translucent hand made papers, we will play
with the use of colour, texture, shape and form; creating a
unique, one of a kind art piece which will match your lamp
and your home decor. It can be colourful and bright, or
neutral and earthy; classical or whimsical.
I do local workshops for 4
participants at my studio, or at your home if there is
appropriate space.

Lighten Up Window Art
If you have a love of colour, light and the many hues and
textures of hand made papers, this course will encourage
your creativity as you work within a frame to create a one
of a kind art piece using your vision, and layered papers.
This is the paper makers version of stained glass, to be
hung in a window....yummy candy for the eyes.

that pleases you, such as picture frame or embroidery
hoop (no larger than 18").
